Our constant attention in safe-guarding the quality of our products through every phase of production would be done in vain if there lacked a capable hand in creating the perfect cup of coffee.
For this reason, our training focuses on 5 fundamentals that Italians call the 5 Ms: Blend (Miscela), Grinder (Macinadosatore), Coffee Machine (Macchina espresso), Creative Skills (Mano dell’operatore) and Maintenance (Manutenzione). This is followed by more specific training based on the client’s needs.
It is our responsibility during training to transmit our knowledge and capability so that both staff and clients acquire self-confidence and professionalism in their line of work.
